Welcome to the WhisperTranscript.ai membership subscription service. Please carefully read the following subscription terms, which apply to the subscription service agreement between you and WhisperTranscript.ai. By subscribing to our service, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Membership Service Description

WhisperTranscript.ai provides high-precision AI transcription services designed to help individuals and businesses process audio and video content more efficiently. Our services include:

• High-accuracy audio-to-text functionality;
• Support for transcription in multiple languages;
• Support for various file formats such as video, meeting recordings, and more;
• Custom formatting options, including timestamps and paragraph division;
• Support for large files (up to 5GB);
• Flexible export options (such as TXT, DOC, PDF, SRT, etc.);
• Advanced features such as speaker recognition to help you transcribe and analyze multi-speaker content more accurately.

2. Membership Charges and Pricing

We offer Monthly and Annual billing options. Depending on the subscription offer displayed to you, one of the following price-and-minute combinations may be available. The price, billing period, and transcription minutes shown at checkout are the terms that apply to your purchase.

  • $19.99/month (includes 2,000 transcription minutes)
• Business:
  • $29.99/month (includes 6,000 transcription minutes)
• Ultra:
  • $99.99/month (includes 20,000 transcription minutes)
  • $109.99/month (includes 30,000 transcription minutes)

Annual Subscription

• Pro:
  • $99.99/year (includes 14,400 transcription minutes)
  • $119.99/year (includes 24,000 transcription minutes)
• Business:
  • $239.88/year (includes 72,000 transcription minutes)
• Ultra:
  • $883.99/year (includes 360,000 transcription minutes)

All prices are listed in USD and may vary slightly depending on regional factors. Subscription fees are automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle and will renew based on the plan you selected.

3. How to Cancel Automatic Renewal

If you wish to cancel automatic renewal or end your subscription, you can do so at any time through your account settings. Please follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to your WhisperTranscript.ai account;
2. Go to the Account Settings page;
3. Find the Subscription Management section, click to enter the subscription management interface, and cancel the subscription.
